Stunning views of the Kaaba from the suite.
I was disappointed with the check-in process. It took too long and I felt ignored by the staff during this crucial moment. My room did not match my expectations based on the description and photos, which added to my frustration during my stay.

So we stayed in a room with a Kaaba view. The butler, Mustafa, was always around to take care of our needs. The breakfast had such a fantastic variety, I stuffed myself more than I should have!
Yeah, the prices were a bit steep but honestly, it was still worth it.

Had an awesome time with my friends staying here! We visited the Grand Mosque and spent our days discovering local cafes. The rooms were fantastic, and the location is unbeatable for exploring. It was a nice touch to get complimentary chocolates every day, which made our stay even sweeter!
However, we faced an issue with the service during check-in. It took ages, and we felt ignored, which dampened the excitement a bit.

missingWrote a review on Nov 08stunning viewsefficient elevatorsprime locationorganizational issues
The hotel boasts a location that puts you just steps away from the Holy Mosque, making it incredibly convenient for prayer. The dedicated elevators efficiently whisk you up from the lobby, which sits at a high level, to guest floors that offer stunning views of the Haram.
Upon arrival, I found that I did not receive the suite I had booked, leading to a frustrating wait while a different room was prepared for me. I also experienced delays in receiving requested items from housekeeping, with some requests taking until the next day to fulfill, indicating a potential lack of organization during peak times.

We had a fantastic stay in the Signature One Bedroom Suite Haram View. The personal attention from staff, especially Ms. Nouf and Mr Hamdan, truly made us feel special. The royal treatment made our family feel comfortable and welcome, especially with our small baby.
My children wished for a kids' play area to keep them entertained during downtime.
